Job summary

INTEGRIS Health seeks an experienced healthcare construction project manager to oversee complex capital projects from inception through completion. You will coordinate with design professionals, engineers, and contractors to deliver on time and within budget while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Required are 8-10 years in healthcare project management, strong leadership, and proficiency with MS Project/Procore.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in healthcare construction project management.
• Experience with Design-Bid-Build, Design-Build, CM at Risk delivery methods.
• Proficiency with project management software and MS Office.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple healthcare construction projects concurrently from initiation to closeout.
• Develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules aligned with client expectations.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors.
• Monitor progress, enforce safety and quality standards, and manage changes.
• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
