Job summary

NV2A Group seeks a seasoned Project Manager to lead complex design‑build/EPC projects in South Florida, guiding execution from concept to close‑out and coordinating engineers, vendors and trades to meet contract, safety and budget requirements.

Requirements: Bachelor’s in Architecture, Engineering or Construction and 5–10 years of PM experience on commercial/industrial or data center projects; proficiency with Procore, Primavera P6 and Sage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction.
• 5–10 years of PM experience on commercial/industrial or data center projects.
• Ability to lead project teams and manage budgets.
• Experience with front‑end activities and contract management.

Responsibilities

• Develops win plans, preliminary execution plans, estimating plans, proposals and contract reviews.
• Establishes project organizational structure and defines roles and authorities.
• Monitors contractual commitments and change management processes.
