Job summary

NV2A Group, a MasTec company, seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager in South Florida to lead project execution from planning through close-out. You will oversee budgets, schedules, and cross-functional teams, ensuring quality and safety standards are met while maintaining customer satisfaction.

The role requires 3–5 years of construction experience (or 7+ with no degree), strong communication, and the ability to travel within the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field, or 7+ years in construction if no degree.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• OSHA Certification.
• Project Scheduling Experience.
• Document Control Experience.
