Job summary

Nabholz Corporation is seeking an experienced Construction Project Leader in Florida to oversee projects from preconstruction through warranty. You will drive client satisfaction, ensure quality and schedule adherence, and lead a multidisciplinary team of superintendents and engineers.

The role requires at least 5 years in commercial construction, a relevant degree, and strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• At least 5 years in commercial construction.
• Understanding of commercial construction means, methods, and materials.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Willingness to speak before groups in interviews and presentations.
• OSHA 30-hour training.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Represent Nabholz in business development efforts, including community and industry involvement.
• Lead project development through Preconstruction with support from Preconstruction Department.
• Develop project management plan including safety, quality, and site logistics plans.
• Manage commitments to Subcontractors and Suppliers and ensure vendor compliance.
• Collaborate with Project Team and safety staff for safe project execution with near-zero incidents.
• Manage all financial aspects from setup through closeout to meet profitability goals.
• Maintain positive relationships with clients and designers.
• Provide team leadership internally and externally.
• Promote safe project execution with the goal of zero incidents.
• Anticipate construction flow for proactive planning.
• Prepare and manage project budgets and forecast costs.
