Job summary

NV2A Group is seeking an Assistant Superintendent in South Florida to coordinate subcontractors and trades, manage the master schedule, and ensure project safety and quality. You will read plans, follow specifications, and mentor field personnel to drive on-time progress.

The role requires proven construction leadership, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel through the US as needed. MasTec infrastructure experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• 3+ years as a Construction Superintendent, or 10+ years without a degree.

Responsibilities

• Permit document administration and control.
• Review subcontractor scope of work.
• Coordinate safety meetings and project safety.
• Maintain master schedule with PCM.
• Prepare Daily Log Reports (Procore).
• Coordinate and schedule inspections.
• Quality control of materials and equipment.
