Qualifications

• 4 year degree in Building Construction OR related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in construction field in South Florida.
• Certified Project Manager with hands on experience.
• Buildertrend 2020 version is A+
• Experience working in a high volume, production environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage 4-8 projects at a time and meet aggressive timelines.
• Plan and prioritize daily workload to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate the efforts of subcontractors, suppliers, and office staff.
• Ensure quality control and safety compliance with codes and standards.
• Approve payments for subcontractors and maintain project documentation.
• Communicate with customers and team throughout the project lifecycle.
