Job summary

Concrete Strategies Inc. (CSI) is seeking a Project Leader to manage overall project execution from setup through closeout. Responsibilities include scheduling, budgeting, compliance, procurement, and coordination with GC/Owner and CSI Operations.

This role requires strong leadership and proactive communication to ensure project success. The candidate should have extensive experience in construction management, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and demonstrated ability to drive cost

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction management or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction management or Engineering recommended.
• Strong knowledge of construction principles and practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with adaptable style in dealing with diverse people.
• Project setup, budget planning, buy out, and cost reporting experience is a must.
• Good understanding of critical path scheduling.
• Experience leading successful project teams and maintaining external relationships.
• Energetic, self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency.
• Ability to walk the job site, climb ladders and multi-floor scaffolding.
