Job summary

Concrete Strategies Inc. (CSI) seeks an experienced Project Leader to oversee multiple concrete construction projects, from setup to closeout, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget adherence.

You will review contracts, manage change orders, coordinate with GC/Owner, and drive cost reporting while leading teams and maintaining external relationships. 5+ years in construction management and a related bachelor’s degree are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering recommended.
• Strong knowledge of construction principles and practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with adaptable style.
• Experience in project setup, budgeting, buy-out, and cost reporting.
• Good understanding of critical path scheduling.
• Experience leading project teams and maintaining relationships with external entities.
• Energetic and self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency.
• Ability to walk the job site, climb ladders, and multi-floor scaffolding.

Responsibilities

• Contract/Scope review and execution.
• Project safety compliance.
• Job cost spread and estimate review.
• Project sequencing and scheduling.
• Project cost reporting.
• Invoice coding and approval.
• Change order request issuance/tracking.
• Coordination with GC/Owner.
• Coordination with CSI Operations manager regarding manpower/resources.
