Job summary

Concrete Strategies Inc. (CSI) seeks a capable project support professional to assist operations on active jobs.

Responsibilities include setting up projects, cost spread estimates, tracking quantities, on-site daily activity, material and manpower productivity, invoice approval, and participation in job cost reporting and safety/compliance. The ideal candidate has 0–5 years of experience, a bachelor’s degree in Construction management or engineering, and strong problem-solving and communication

Qualifications

• 0-5 years of experience in construction project support.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction management or Engineering recommended.
• Basic knowledge of construction principles and practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with adaptability and urgency.
• Energetic, entrepreneurial and able to work independently or in a team.
• Ability to walk the job site, climb ladders, and multi-floor scaffolding.

Responsibilities

• Job cost spread and estimate familiarity.
• Participation in project sequencing and scheduling.
• Participation in project cost reporting.
• Invoice coding and approval.
• Coordination with GC/Owner.
• Coordination with CSI Operations manager regarding manpower/resources.
