Job summary

Concrete Strategies Inc. (CSI) seeks a Project Leader to oversee assigned jobs, manage project setup, buy out, contract execution, procurement, scheduling, safety compliance, and cost control.

You will coordinate with the general contractor and CSI Operations to secure manpower and monitor weekly cost forecasts. The role requires 5+ years in construction, a Bachelor's in Construction Management or Engineering, strong problem solving, and the ability to walk job sites and lead project teams.

Qualifications

• This role requires 5+ years of construction project leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering is recommended.
• Strong knowledge of construction principles and practices.
• Experience with project setup, budget planning, buy out, and cost reporting.
• Good understanding of critical path scheduling.
• Proven ability to lead project teams and manage relationships with external entities.
• Energetic, self-motivated, with a sense of urgency and adaptability.
• Ability to walk the job site, climb ladders, and work on multiple floors.

Responsibilities

• Contract/Scope review and execution.
• Project safety compliance.
• Job cost spread and estimate review.
• Project sequencing and scheduling.
