Concrete Strategies Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex concrete construction projects nationwide, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and financial success across the full project lifecycle.

You will direct planning, budgeting, schedules, and field teams, build strong relationships with Owners and General Contractors, and drive continuous improvement while upholding a strong safety culture. This role offers a competitive salary and generous benefits.

What You’ll Do

As a Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for the full lifecycle of your projects—from preconstruction through closeout—ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and financial success.

• Lead project planning, buyout, and execution strategy
• Oversee budgets, cost tracking, and forecasting
• Manage project schedules, sequencing, and production goals
• Direct field teams, subcontractors, and resources
• Ensure strict adherence to safety and quality standards
• Review and approve invoices, change orders, and cost reports
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Owners and General Contractors
• Drive productivity, resolve challenges, and keep projects on track
