Job summary

Concrete Strategies Inc. is seeking a capable Project Leader to oversee multi-site concrete construction projects. Responsibilities include project setup, buy-out, contract execution, safety compliance, and cost management to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role requires 5+ years in construction leadership, a relevant Bachelor's degree, and strong scheduling and team-management skills. The candidate will coordinate with general contractors and internal operations while maintaining

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction project leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering recommended.
• Strong knowledge of construction principles and practices required.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptable with different stakeholders.
• Experience with project setup, budget planning, buy-out, and cost reporting is a must.
• Good understanding of critical path scheduling and progress tracking.
• Experience leading project teams and maintaining external relationships.
• Energetic, self-motivated, and able to work independently or in a team.
