Job summary

Vantage is seeking a proactive Senior Project Coordinator to support planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects. You will partner with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure milestones are met while upholding budget, quality, and safety standards.

The role emphasizes contract and PO management, document control, and timely project reporting. Travel is up to 5% as the business evolves, and a strong focus on process improvement is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, business administration, or related field.
• 2–3+ years of experience in project coordination or construction project support, preferably in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with contract and PO management is preferred.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with proactive collaboration.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day construction project coordination to align with goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Organize and facilitate project meetings; track agendas and action items.
• Support project managers by driving execution, identifying risks, and resolving issues to protect schedule and budget.
• Manage contracts and purchase orders (POs) ensuring timely processing and policy compliance.
• Oversee document control to keep project records accurate and accessible.
• Maintain clear communication with internal teams and external partners on progress and milestones.
• Prepare and distribute project reports, dashboards, and summaries highlighting performance and opportunities for improvement.
• Contribute to process improvements and best-practices in project coordination workflows.
• Assist in onboarding and mentoring junior coordinators.
