Job summary

Vantage is seeking a Senior Project Coordinator to support planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects. The role ensures milestones are met while maintaining budget, quality, and safety, working with project managers and cross‑functional teams.

Ideal candidate has 2–3+ years in project coordination, strong organizational and communication skills, and experience with contracts, POs, and document control. Travel up to 5% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in CM, engineering, business or related field.
• 2–3+ years in project coordination or construction project support.
• Experience with contract and PO management preferred.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing project needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination of day‑to‑day construction project activities.
• Organize and facilitate project meetings with agendas and action items.
• Support managers by identifying risks and resolving issues.
• Manage contracts and purchase orders to ensure compliance.
• Oversee document control and accessibility of project documentation.
• Prepare and distribute project reports and dashboards.
• Contribute to process improvement and onboarding of new staff.
