Job summary

Vantage is seeking a proactive Senior Project Coordinator to support planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects across the organization. This role ensures milestones are met while maintaining budget, quality, and safety standards, working with project managers, cross-functional teams, and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in construction management, engineering, business administration, or related field.
• 2–3+ years of project coordination or construction project support experience.
• Experience with contract and PO management is preferred.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day construction project activities aligned with goals and timelines.
• Organize and facilitate project meetings with agendas and tracked actions.
• Support project managers by identifying risks and resolving issues to protect schedule and budget.
• Manage contracts and purchase orders ensuring timely processing and compliance.
• Oversee document control practices ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
• Maintain regular updates on progress, risks, and milestones with stakeholders.
• Prepare and distribute project reports, dashboards, and summaries.
• Contribute to process improvements and best-practice implementations.
• Assist onboarding and mentoring of junior coordinators as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Management.
