Job summary

McGough is a respected partner with six generations of experience in planning, development, construction and facility management. This Project Manager will oversee all facets of assigned construction projects, focusing on financial performance, client satisfaction, and staff development.

You will mentor junior staff, manage scopes and schedules, and coordinate with owners, design partners, and subcontractors to deliver successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Five or more years of commercial or general construction project management experience.
• Demonstrated experience building partnerships with owners, owner's reps, architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage all aspects of assigned construction projects.
• Ensure project financial performance and client satisfaction.
• Mentor and coach Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and CPM timelines.
• Lead bid reviews, procurement, and subcontractor management.
• Coordinate with owners, design partners, and field teams to meet project objectives.
