Job summary

McGough is seeking a Project Manager to oversee all aspects of assigned construction projects. You will manage financial performance, client satisfaction, and project delivery from preconstruction through closeout.

The role requires leadership of PMs/Engineers, coordination with owners, architects, and subcontractors, and strong scheduling and cost-control capabilities. Responsibilities include pursuing opportunities, preparing bids, leading CPM schedules, managing RFIs, submittals, and change

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field.
• Five (5) or more years of commercial or general construction project management experience.
• Demonstrated experience building partnerships with owners, owner's representatives, architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Preferred: delivering projects with solid financial performance, estimating and field operations, and scheduling experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project success including financial performance and client satisfaction.
• Mentor Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and CPM timelines.
• Manage subcontractors, procurement, bids, and change orders.
• Lead risk management, cost control, and project documentation workflows.
• Coordinate with owners, design partners, and field teams to achieve objectives.
