Qualifications

• Degree in construction management or 2+ years of related experience preferred.
• Strong mathematical ability; verify bids for accuracy.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Access, Outlook).
• Excellent communication and customer relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Review project plans and specs to determine materials, order materials, and coordinate with vendors to meet budget.
• Direct and coordinate activities to keep projects on schedule and within budget; review status reports.
• Present information to managers/clients and communicate technical findings to clients.
• Master project coordination and problem solving with good judgment.
• Follow procedures for project management to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Monitor all projects to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
• Develop innovative solutions for project execution and billing accuracy.
• Maintain project files and coordinate with partners to meet SLAs.
