Job summary

DH Pace Company, Inc. is seeking a Project Coordinator in San Antonio, TX to ensure project objectives are met by specified date and within budget by planning, directing, and coordinating activities.

The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to work with vendors and internal teams to maintain schedules, manage submittals, and deliver quality results. You will review plans, track materials, and collaborate to meet service standards.

Qualifications

• High attention to detail in a fast-paced environment with deadlines
• Construction management degree or 2 years' experience as Project Coordinator/Assistant PM/Engineer
• Strong mathematical ability; verify bids for accuracy
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Access and Outlook
• Excellent communication and customer relations skills
• Bachelor's degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Review project plans and specifications to determine materials and budgets
• Direct and coordinate activities to keep projects on schedule and within budget
• Communicate findings to managers, clients, and technicians
• Monitor submittals and track job materials
• Maintain project files and ensure accurate billing
• Collaborate with partners and internal teams to meet service level agreements
• Maintain a positive attitude toward customers and colleagues
