Job summary

DH Pace Company, Inc. is seeking a Project Coordinator in Peachtree Corners, GA to plan, direct, and coordinate activities to meet project objectives on time and within budget.

You will review plans, coordinate vendors, monitor progress, and communicate with managers and clients to ensure quality and on-schedule delivery. The role requires strong organizational skills and team collaboration in a construction environment.

Qualifications

• High attention to detail in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines.
• Mechanically minded or inclined to problem-solve and learn quickly.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Construction management degree or 2+ years’ experience as a Project Coordinator/Assistant PM in construction or related field.

Responsibilities

• Review project plans and specifications to determine materials, order materials, and coordinate with vendors.
• Direct and coordinate activities to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
• Present information to managers and clients, communicating technical findings clearly.
