Qualifications

• Two years’ experience as a Project Coordinator or Assistant Project Manager/Engineer in construction/service industry.
• Construction Management Degree preferred.
• Detail-oriented in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong communication, customer relations and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Review project plans and specs to determine materials, schedule, budget and resources.
• Coordinate with staff; assign duties and provide guidance.
• Direct activities to keep projects on schedule and within budget; review status reports.
• Additional duties as assigned.
