You will guide labor relations, oversee safety culture, and coordinate staffing, training, and performance management while ensuring adherence to Harris policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience establishing objectives, policies and performance standards.
• Ability to conduct market research and secure new work regularly.
• Proven skill in building and maintaining relationships with customers at multiple levels.
• Track record of monitoring deliverables and ensuring alignment with programs.

Responsibilities

• Establish Team and/or subsidiary objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards consistent with organizational strategy.
• Conduct market research to identify potential projects (customers). Maintain an effective business development program, securing new work on a routine basis.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers at multiple levels
• Monitor overall quantity and timeliness of Team deliverables.
• Ensure Team alignment with Harris programs, policies, standards, and procedures.
• Collaborate with and contribute to the success of Harris.
• Manage, and resolve issues that arise.
