Job summary
Harris is seeking a Business Development Leader to drive external revenue growth for manufactured and modular MEP solutions. The role requires building and expanding relationships with owners, developers, OEMs, contractors, and strategic partners across multiple regions.
You will coordinate with product management, estimating, engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain to align customer needs with Harris capabilities and to position Harris as a leader in industrialized construction.
Qualifications
- Experience leading business development for manufactured products or modular construction.
- Proven track record of revenue growth and new opportunities.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing and industrial systems.
Responsibilities
- Own external manufacturing revenue growth and pipeline development.
- Lead opportunities from engagement through proposal, negotiation and award.
- Develop strategic account plans for priority customers, OEMs and partners.
- Collaborate with divisions to align customer needs with Harris capabilities.
