Job summary

Harris is looking for a Business Development Leader to drive external revenue growth through the development and sale of manufactured and modular MEP solutions. This role partners with owners, developers, OEMs, contractors, and strategic partners, aligning customer needs with Harris' capabilities across product management, estimating, engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain.

The role expands Harris' presence in targeted markets, develops partnerships, and identifies new growth opportunities

Qualifications

• Experience leading business development, commercial growth, and go-to-market initiatives for manufactured products or modular systems.
• Proven track record of developing new opportunities and delivering revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing, construction, or industrial systems.

Responsibilities

• Own external manufacturing revenue growth, bookings, and pipeline development.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue manufacturing and modular MEP opportunities.
• Lead opportunities from initial engagement through proposal, negotiation, and award.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans for priority customers, OEMs, and channel partners.
