The role emphasizes governance, budget stewardship, risk management and stakeholder alignment across Real Estate, Workplace Strategy, Design and Sourcing to deliver premier office environments.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of design and construction principles, practices and methodologies.
• Ability to interpret complex project documents including contracts, leases and drawings.
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
• Bachelor's degree in CM/engineering/architecture required.
• 7+ years TI project management with a top-tier GC.
• 5+ years in a senior role managing large corporate buildings.
• 7+ years applying PM methodologies across large projects.
• 10+ years general business experience in large matrixed orgs.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of capital projects from business case through design, construction and closeout.
• Act as owner’s representative ensuring alignment to objectives, brand standards and operations.
• Establish governance, decision frameworks and reporting cadence.
• Oversee and manage contractors, architects, engineers, and consultants.
• Drive accountability for scope, schedule, budget, quality and safety.
• Lead preconstruction validation of budgets and schedules; drive value design.
• Develop budgets, forecasts and approvals; ensure cost transparency.
• Establish master schedules and monitor progress; address risks.
