Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience in construction or real estate environments.
• Located within commuting distance of Oracle's Nashville, TN offices.
• BA/BS in construction management, engineering, architecture or related field; MS preferred.
• Certifications such as PMP, CCM, LEED or MCR are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead Nashville capital projects through all phases from planning to closeout.
• Govern project scope, schedule, budget, and quality using EV methodologies.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with Facility Managers, IT, Finance and legal.
• Develop and present status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.
• Represent Oracle in permitting, entitlement processes, and public meetings.
• Ensure adherence to workplace design standards with Global Workplace Design.
