Job summary

Eastdil Secured seeks a Project Manager to oversee the planning and execution of office buildouts, TI, and relocation projects across the U.S. portfolio.

You will partner with the Director of Workplace Services, Facilities Managers, and external teams to ensure on-time delivery within budget and in line with firm standards. You will manage design coordination through construction delivery and occupancy, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and applying a rigorous, process-driven approach

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction-related project management preferred.
• Direct experience with Waterfall methodology.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage office buildouts, TI, and renovations with a white glove approach.
• Coordinate with landlords, architects, engineers, and contractors from design through occupancy.
• Monitor schedules and budgets to meet objectives.
• Support RFP processes, bid evaluations, and vendor selection.
• Communicate timelines and deliverables clearly with stakeholders.
• Travel up to 20-40% annually.
