Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Project Manager to lead Nashville campus development and associated capital projects. You will guide cross-functional teams through design, permitting, construction, and delivery, coordinating with facilities, IT, security, and finance to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes.

Qualifications

• Location within normal commuting distance from Oracle’s Nashville, TN offices
• BA/BS in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field required
• Master’s degree preferred
• 10+ years of project management and/or project executive experience in construction or large-scale development
• Experience managing multi-building campus developments or mixed-use projects
• Certifications such as P.E., PMP, CCM, LEED, or MCR desirable
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong financial analysis and budget management skills
• Ability to travel (0–10%)

Responsibilities

• Lead teams through all phases of project development from implementation to financial closeout
• Oversee planning and execution of multi-phased campus development initiatives
• Manage stakeholder engagement, reporting, and governance across Nashville campus
• Develop and improve project management frameworks, tools, and best practices
• Prepare and present executive-level project updates and business justifications
• Monitor budgets and schedules using Earned Value Management techniques
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to meet project requirements
• Ensure adherence to workplace design standards and coordinate with procurement and legal teams
