Starbucks is seeking a senior Project Manager to lead the Green Dot Assist program in Nashville, coordinating IT and store operations. You will drive milestones, manage risks, and deliver a robust AI-powered platform to help partners access Starbucks Standards information.

The role requires strong Agile experience and cross-functional leadership in a global context. Onsite four days a week in Nashville, you will collaborate with scrum masters, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure timely,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management in IT or software development.
• 5+ years of IT/software development experience.
• Experience using Agile methods for complex, integrated platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s preferred in IS/CS/Business/Management.
• PMP, PgMP, and Scrum Master certifications are a plus.
• Strong understanding of IT program and portfolio management practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, and execution across stakeholders, tech teams, and store operations.
• Develop project plans with budgets, timelines, and resource plans; manage risks and dependencies.
• Drive Agile projects with Scrum Master and Product Owner collaboration.
• Prepare status reports, governance artifacts, and communication plans.
• Ensure delivery of a reliable, intuitive experience for partners accessing standards.
