Candidates should have 10+ years in global sourcing within CPG/beverage sectors, with deep category knowledge and a proven track record in cost savings, supplier management, and executive collaboration.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of global sourcing or procurement experience within CPG, QSR, beverage manufacturing, or ingredient supply.
• Deep expertise across beverage categories (ingredients, dairy, juice, flavors)
• Strong experience with supplier relationship management, contract negotiation, and category strategy development
• Proven track record of delivering cost savings, managing commodity risk, and driving P&L impact
• Experience working across complex supply chains, including cold chain, co-manufacturing, or beverage ecosystems
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, influence cross-functional partners, and operate effectively at the executive level

Responsibilities

• Lead global sourcing strategies across key beverage categories, ensuring quality, innovation, and supply continuity
• Build and manage strategic supplier partnerships while driving cost optimization, contract excellence, and long-term value
• Partner cross-functionally to bring new beverages to market, balancing speed, risk management, and total cost of ownership
