Job summary

Clayco is seeking a Project Cost Manager to develop and manage the project financial strategy, collaborating with the project management team to oversee budgets, costs, change orders, billing, and forecasting. You will generate reports, identify variances and risks, and maintain quality control in cost procedures to align with management strategy.

The role requires 5–10 years of project cost experience in construction, with a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Construction Management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and managing the project financial strategy.
• Manage the project budget, costs, change orders, pricing requests, billings and forecasts.
• Generate and maintain reports for different groups; identify variances, risks and ensure quality control in cost procedures.
• Collaborate with accounting to integrate information for accurate billings, payments, and changes.
• Own cost control function and ensure integrity of cost and forecast reporting.
