Precision General Commercial Contractor in California is seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to expand our commercial construction portfolio through strategic client relationships and market development.

You will identify opportunities, build a strong pipeline, and partner with owners, developers, brokers, architects, and engineers to win projects. This role emphasizes relationship-driven growth and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in business development, client relationship management, construction, real estate development, or related field.
• Experience in commercial construction, general contracting, multi-family, commercial real estate, or related industry.
• Proven ability to generate new business and develop relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a business development strategy aligned with company growth objectives.
• Identify and pursue new commercial construction opportunities within target markets and geographic territory.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Develop relationships with developers, property owners, brokers, architects, engineers, property managers, and others to win work.
• Coordinate with estimating and preconstruction teams to pursue projects and proposals.
• Manage pipeline reporting and forecasts for leadership.
