Job summary

ISEC, Inc. in Bothell, WA is seeking an Outside Business Development Representative to identify new project opportunities and strengthen industry relationships across targeted construction markets.

You will lead market engagement, opportunity development, and pursuit strategy, aligning pricing and scope with internal teams. You will build contractor and architect relationships, drive early engagement including design assist, and manage opportunities in the CRM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Business, Engineering, Marketing or related field preferred.
• 5–10 years of successful construction sales or business development experience.
• Established network of contractors, architects, and project stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new project opportunities across targeted market sectors.
• Maintain strong visibility within contractor and design communities.
• Develop organizational and decision making charts for general contractors and architects.
• Identify key accounts and develop and execute growth plans.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with General Contractors, architects, developers, and owners.
• Lead client presentations, project discussions, and pursuit coordination.
• Input all opportunities into the CRM, map stakeholders and keep up to date status reports.
