Job summary

You will participate in strategic planning, drive revenue targets, and travel as needed up to 60%, while maintaining relationships with current and prospective clients and partnering with engineering and operations to position the company for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Building Science, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day direction and leadership for business development.
• Identify, develop and close new business opportunities to meet revenue goals.
• Develop relationships with current and past clients to secure contracts.
• Coach and mentor staff in a “doer-seller” environment.
• Lead capture planning and drive execution of sales plans.
• Coordinate with marketing for collateral and PR to position the company.
