Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–5+ years of construction/project billing experience.
• Advanced AIA and Pay Application experience.
• Experience with construction contracts and project accounting.
• Strong contract interpretation and Excel/ERP skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage specialized billing for strategic customer accounts and construction projects.
• Interpret contracts to ensure compliance and revenue recognition.
• Administer billing for multiple contract types and milestone billing.
• Coordinate with PMO, Operations, Sales, and customers to meet milestones.
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve invoicing variances and disputes.
• Collaborate with AR and Cash Applications to resolve remittance issues.
• Maintain project billing documentation and audit support records.
