Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of construction or project billing experience.
• Advanced AIA billing and pay applications experience required.
• Experience with construction contracts and project accounting.
• Strong contract interpretation and Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage specialized billing for strategic accounts and construction projects, including AIA billing, payment applications, and milestone billing.
• Interpret contracts and billing requirements to ensure compliance and accurate revenue recognition.
• Administer billing for various contract types and manage invoicing portals, lien waivers, and related documentation.
• Coordinate with PMO, Operations, Sales and customers to ensure billing readiness and milestone adherence.
• Perform complex reconciliations, investigate variances, and resolve disputes affecting invoicing and cash flow.
