Job summary

You manage the pipeline, build relationships end-to-end, and collaborate with a seller-doer engineer on pricing and technical seals.

Responsibilities include tracking permits and bid boards, pursuing opportunities, coordinating with engineering on scope and pricing, and representing the company at industry events.

Qualifications

• 5+ years selling professional or technical services to the construction industry.
• An existing network of contractors, owners, or design firms in the market.
• Disciplined pipeline habits: documented, forecastable, and honest.
• Comfortable discussing specs and schedules with superintendents and owners.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a target list of contractors, owners, developers, and design firms; own relationships end-to-end.
• Track permits, bid boards, and project announcements to find work before award; qualify and pursue it.
• Coordinate proposals with engineering: scope, pricing, qualifications, and follow-up; run pursuit pipeline in CRM.
• Represent the company at industry events and report pipeline and results monthly.
