This is a field-facing role focused on market engagement, opportunity development, and leading pursuits with contractors, architects, developers, and owners.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred in construction management, business, or related field.
5+ years of construction sales or business development experience strongly preferred.
Established network of contractors, architects, and project stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Market Development: Identify and pursue new project opportunities across targeted market sectors.
Relationship Development: Build and maintain trusted relationships with General Contractors, architects, developers, and owners.
Pursuit Strategy: Evaluate opportunities and assist in bid/no-bid decisions with strategic input.
Client Engagement: Lead client presentations, project discussions, and pursuit coordination.
CRM Management: Input opportunities into CRM and keep status reports up to date.
Interview, Negotiation, & Closure: Prepare for interviews and drive closure strategy with preconstruction team.
