Job summary

ConferED is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate conference and customer projects from kickoff through final delivery. You will lead schedules, gather requirements, and ensure deliverables meet specifications.

In this role you’ll manage timelines across recording, editing, publishing, and delivery, track progress, and coordinate with venues, AV providers, and internal teams to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project-management, events, production, or client-service experience.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to timelines and details.
• Comfortable coordinating distributed teams.
• Experience with conferences, events, media, or technology projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer project schedules and deliverables.
• Conduct project kickoff meetings.
• Gather conference schedules, session information, and production requirements.
• Coordinate internal and external production resources.
• Manage timelines across recording, editing, publishing, and delivery.
• Track project status and communicate progress.
• Coordinate with customer contacts, venues, AV providers, and internal teams.
• Identify project risks and resolve issues.
• Ensure final deliverables meet agreed requirements.
