Job summary

Foxwoods Resort Casino in Mashantucket, CT invites an experienced Conference Services Manager to plan and execute group programs from 10 to 2,000 attendees. You will coordinate room blocks, catering, and AV, serving as the primary liaison among clients and internal departments to deliver seamless guest experiences.

Under the Director of Resort Sales, you'll lead cross-functional teams, manage post-event follow-up, and ensure compliance with tribal policies, safety standards, and budget

Qualifications

• Two years of experience managing events in hospitality or related fields.
• Strong verbal and written communication with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee group blocks, catering, AV, room sets, and post-event follow-up.
• Coordinate with Banquets, Culinary, Front Desk, Housekeeping, and AV teams.
• Generate accurate BEOs, resumes, and billing summaries.
• Ensure compliance with Mashantucket Pequot Tribe policies and safety standards.
• Lead pre/post-convention meetings and internal briefings.
