Foxwoods Resort Casino in Mashantucket, CT seeks a Resort Sales Associate to support Sales Managers with proposals, contracts, site visits, and client coordination, delivering seamless group experiences.

You will maintain Salesforce records, assist with deposits and billing coordination, and help prepare RFx responses and event planning, while serving as the welcoming face of the Resort Sales Office.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED with 1 year of admin experience or an associates degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing or Events Management.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Cvent, Microsoft Office; Opera/Amadeus preferred.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently while meeting multiple deadlines; flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

Aufgaben

• Adhere to Mashantucket Pequot Tribe policies and procedures.
• Answer calls and greet walk-in guests with professional hospitality and accuracy.
• Enter leads in Salesforce and coordinate with managers.
• Manage CVent, HPN, Simpleview leads and respond with standard templates.
• Generate detailed custom proposals based on inquiries and RFPs.
• Coordinate site visits, travel, accommodations, and meeting materials.
• Create and send detailed sales contracts for client review and signature.
• Process client deposits and payments; assist with tax documents and billing with Finance.
• Maintain Salesforce activities and documentation for assigned managers.
• Support reception desk and assist cross-department client engagement as needed.
