You will partner with the Core Component Strategy Lead to develop capacity strategies, manage multiple projects, and deliver clear executive summaries for leadership across functions. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5–7 years of related experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and MS Project, plus ability to generate reports in Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to connect details to strategy.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, inputs, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
• Highly organized, able to work independently and in a team within defined processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain global component capacity strategies and strategy maps.
• Partner with NSI leads to track project execution against the capacity strategy.
• Assess strategic impact of delays, scope changes, and supplier constraints.
• Maintain and integrate planning inputs, including HMBW, supplier agreements, and capacity assumptions.
• Facilitate planning meetings to understand capacity commitments, risks, and changes.
• Identify gaps between planned capacity and business needs.
• Mine and extract planning data to build reports for strategy assessments.
• Develop clear communication of capacity strategy, status, risks, and actions for leadership.
• Drive alignment across Engineering, Supply Chain, Purchasing, SDE, Manufacturing, Operations, PMO, and partners.
