Diversified Services Network, Inc. (DSN) is seeking a full-time Project Manager to lead Core Component Strategy and collaborate with cross-functional teams in Lafayette, IN or Mossville, IL.

This onsite role focuses on developing and communicating global capacity strategies for both branded and non-branded products, and ensuring alignment with execution plans. The role requires 5–7 years of PM experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office, MS Project, and

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain global component capacity strategies and maps, updating as conditions evolve.
• Partner with NSI leads to track project execution against the capacity strategy.
• Assess the strategic impact of delays, scope changes, demand shifts, and supplier constraints; develop recommendations.
• Maintain and integrate planning inputs such as HMBW, supplier agreements, and project plans.
• Facilitate and participate in supplier and internal planning meetings to understand capacity commitments, risks, and changes.
• Identify gaps between planned capacity and expected business requirements.
• Mine and extract planning data to build reports that support strategy assessments and decision-making.
• Develop clear communication of capacity strategy, status, risks, and required actions for leadership.
• Drive alignment across Engineering, Supply Chain, Purchasing, SDE, Manufacturing, Operations, PMO, and partners.
