Diversified Services Network, Inc. in Lafayette, IN or Mossville, IL is seeking a full-time Project Manager (Core Component Strategy Co-Lead).

You will join a team onsite to develop, maintain, and communicate global component capacity strategies for both company-branded and non-branded products. You will connect long-term capacity strategy with NSI project execution, ensuring timing, scope, supplier capability, and demand changes are reflected in the strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 5–7 years of related experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and MS Project; ability to generate reports in Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; connect project data to strategy.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, inputs, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain global component capacity strategies and maps; keep docs current.
• Partner with NSI leads to track execution against capacity strategy.
• Assess impact of delays, scope changes, demand shifts, supplier constraints; develop recommendations.
• Maintain and integrate planning inputs (HMBW, supplier agreements, project plans).
• Lead planning meetings to understand capacity commitments and risks.
• Identify gaps between planned capacity and business needs.
• Extract planning data to build reports for strategy assessments.
• Communicate capacity strategy, status, risks, and actions for leadership.
