Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years of project management experience.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office, MS Project, and Power BI.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to connect details to strategy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Maintain global component capacity strategies and maps.
• Track project execution against capacity strategy.
• Assess impact of delays and changes; develop recommendations.
• Integrate planning inputs (HMBW, supplier plans, project plans).
• Lead planning meetings to understand capacity commitments.
• Identify gaps between planned capacity and business needs.
• Build reports to support strategy assessments and decisions.
• Communicate capacity strategy and risk to leadership.
• Coordinate across Engineering, Supply Chain, Purchasing, PMO.
