Diversified Services Network, Inc. is seeking a full-time Project Manager (Core Component Strategy Co-Lead) to join the team in Lafayette, IN or Mossville, IL.

This onsite role focuses on developing and communicating global component capacity strategies and aligning them with NSI project execution. You will partner with the Core Component Strategy Lead to ensure changes in timing, scope, or demand are reflected in the strategy, while coordinating with Engineering, Supply Chain, and other

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field.
• 5–7 years of related experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office and MS Project; ability to generate Power BI reports.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; connect details to strategy.
• Experience managing multiple projects with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Maintain global component capacity strategies and maps; keep documentation current.
• Track project execution against the capacity strategy with NSI leads.
• Assess impact of delays, scope changes, and supplier constraints; develop recommendations.
• Integrate planning inputs like HMBW, supplier agreements, and project plans.
• Lead planning meetings to understand capacity commitments, risks, and changes.
• Identify gaps between planned capacity and business needs; propose actions.
• Build reports from planning data to support strategy assessments and decisions.
• Communicate capacity strategy, status, risks, and actions to leadership.
