Diversified Services Network, Inc. is seeking a full-time Project Manager (Core Component Strategy Co-Lead) to join our team in Lafayette, IN or Mossville, IL. This onsite role offers full benefits, PTO, 401k, and more.

You will partner with the Core Component Strategy Lead to develop and communicate global capacity strategies, ensuring alignment with both company-branded and non-branded products and connecting strategy to project execution.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5–7 years of related experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office, MS Project, and Power BI.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Maintain global component capacity strategies and associated maps, updating them as conditions change.
• Partner with NSI leads to track project execution against the capacity strategy.
• Assess the impact of delays, scope changes, demand shifts, and supplier constraints; develop recommendations.
• Maintain and integrate planning inputs (HMBW, supplier agreements, project plans, capacity assumptions).
• Facilitate supplier and internal planning meetings to understand capacity commitments and risks.
• Mine and extract planning data to build reports for strategy assessments and leadership decisions.
• Develop clear communication of capacity strategy, risks, and actions for audiences at all levels, including executives.
• Drive alignment across Engineering, Supply Chain, Purchasing, SDE, Manufacturing, PMO and others through daily collaboration.
