Diversified Services Network, Inc. seeks a full-time Project Manager (Core Component Strategy Co-Lead) to join the team in Lafayette, IN or Mossville, IL.

You will partner with the Core Component Strategy Lead to develop, maintain, and communicate global capacity strategies spanning both branded and non-branded products. You will ensure changes in timing, scope, supplier capability, or demand are reflected in the strategy and effectively communicated to leadership and partners across

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Management, Economics, Finance, Human Resources, Organizational Leadership or related field.
• 57 years of related experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and MS Project, plus the ability to generate reports in Power BI.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain global component capacity strategies and associated strategy maps, keeping documentation current as business conditions evolve.
• Partner with NSI leads to track project execution against the capacity strategy.
• Assess strategic impact of delays, scope changes, demand shifts, and supplier constraints, and develop recommendations.
• Maintain and integrate planning inputs, including HMBW, supplier agreements, project plans, and capacity assumptions.
• Facilitate supplier and internal planning meetings to understand capacity commitments, risks, and changes.
• Identify gaps between planned capacity and expected business requirements.
• Mine and extract planning data to build reports that support strategy assessments and decision-making.
• Develop clear communication of capacity strategy, status, risks, and actions for audiences at all levels.
