Qualifications

• At least 6 years of experience in Compliance Testing, Risk Management, Compliance Monitoring, or Audit at a financial institution.
• At least 5 years of people management experience or leading teams or projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-tiered Compliance Testing Team across Capital One Enterprise, piloting new testing methodologies.
• Assist with development, management, and execution of Compliance Testing calendars, data scripts, and methodologies.
• Align resources to ensure timely and accurate test execution with proper tools and training.
• Support strategic transformation to deepen testing breadth through technology solutions and process reviews.
• Demonstrate ability to grasp new technologies to progress initiatives and improve testing outcomes.
• Establish and maintain relationships with Compliance Advisors, Test Leads, Data Teams, and Business Areas.
• Elevate substantive testing issues to senior management and communicate changes in procedures.
• Create reports for Accountable Executives, Senior Compliance Officers, and the CCO.
