Primoris Services Corporation is seeking an experienced Compliance Program Manager to join the Legal department in Colorado. You will lead cross-functional compliance initiatives, partner with business leaders, and elevate accountability through practical, risk-based solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional corporate compliance initiatives from planning through implementation.
• Roll out and coordinate corporate and site-based compliance training.
• Support whistleblower hotline operations and case management activities.
• Coordinate policy development, reviews, and implementation.
• Partner with Internal Audit and leaders to track remediation and strengthen controls.
• Identify compliance risks and develop business-focused improvements using data and tech.
• Assist in executive and Board reporting and compliance metrics.
